The property is great walking distance from the beach, fast food restraunts Del Taco, Dennys, Chevron gas station, liquor store next to the 5 freeway.

very nice employees. when we pulled up some tweakers standing across the street saw us and immediately headed over and sat in front of the lobby right next to where we parked. kept staring at us and wouldn't leave & we felt totally sketched out to say the least (2 young ladies). so we didn't get out of our car, called the hotel and the manager and other male employees came out and got them to leave, as the hotel lobby outdoor bench is not a public place anyway. didn't experience anything else like that the whole weekend at the hotel. gym was small but nice, clean and had the essentials for workouts. room was very big and beds were comfortable. great shampoo/conditioner/soap. no complaints.

Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room fit our family perfectly, and the hotel was family friendly. There was an issue with the A/C, but they took great care of us. They sent a repairman to fix it right away and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Eddie, the front office manager, Victor, and Jessica were especially helpful and nice. Breakfast at Holiday Inn was delicious. The hotel is very close to the beach and Legoland. My kids had fun in the pool and Spa. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Staff service was excellent. We arrived early and asked the front desk if we can check in early. She was nice to check for us. She not only checked us early without any extra charges but also upgraded our room to suite without any additional rate. The location of hotel is close to so many nice places.

Functional but clean and comfortable room. Wi-Fi good. Laundry facilities that we did make use of, but you have to have your own powder. Only a few mins walk down into the harbour and beach area, which has a few restaurants, but it is uphill on the way back !

Location was good. My room on the 6th floor had a view of the ocean which was lovely. I didn't have the breakfast as I met with a friend on the first morning and left early on the second.

Location was close to entertainment, marina, beach, museums and great food. Parking was close to lobby entrance.

Great location at Oceanside Harbor. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size.
